A BIG welcome! Office Bridge Group are excited to introduce the newest member of our growing team, Lucy Birchall. As Account Manager, Lucy will be using her customer service background to support our existing customers. As a result, customers will be updated daily on their account. Above all, Lucy’s main aim will be to ensure our customers are aware of Office Bridge Group’s products and services. Finally, Lucy will inform our customers about special offers, promotions and also advise on best value for money.

Lucy is perfect for the role of Account Manager, due to her customer service based work experience. On leaving school, Lucy was keen to gain as much experience as she could. Therefore, she has built a strong skill set that will enhance our team. Alongside her hard work in the office, Lucy also juggles her own clientele. She is qualified in make-up, beauty and nails. She is even training in hair! Most evenings and weekends, Lucy’s popular beauty talent is required by her own customers. In addition, she posts her creativity online on her own Instagram page. She has quite a following. Well done Lucy! Soon she will have everyone looking 10 years younger in the office. We can’t wait!
